I have tried to do some de-cluttering and springtime cleaning. How about you? I got a chance to listen to some inspirational and motivational podcasts that I had been meaning to listen to for a few months. One of the things they said is this. If you don't know what to work on, work on yourself. I think this song says it best. And of course, it has the perfect beat for me to run to so I have listened to it many many times. I might have even sent it out to you beautiful souls before.

I hope you get a chance to listen to it. It really FIRES ME UP!! When the path forward isn't clear, work on yourself. When you don't know the right best next step, work on yourself. When you are feeling bad, work on yourself. When you are feeling good, work on yourself. De-clutter for 5 minutes. Do a workout. Listen to an inspirational podcast or youtube video or song. (I recently found some new inspirational speeches here. - you're welcome) Go for a walk. Go for a walk while listening to a podcast. Pray for a friend. Yes, you can. Yes, you can. Yes, you can. Yelling yes you can is a popular thing to say or yell in a high-intensity spin class and I think it holds true here too. Yes, you can be better. Yes, you can make steps forward. Yes, you can eat healthier. Yes, you can try again. Some people say you are either always moving forward or always moving backwards. Which way will you move today? Let's give it another shot on this amazing, totally incredible great, gift of a day they call Monday! THANK GOD IT'S MONDAY aka TGIM! LET'S DO THIS!
