MONDAYS THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The other day my front windshield was dirty. It just had some dirt on it, as windshields sometimes do. I could drive with it dirty and I did. But after several times of forgetting to clean it off, I got some Windex and some paper towels and cleaned it off!
WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT MADE!
I see things more clearly. Oh, how I long to see things more clearly in my life! I also heard a quote once that said you should spend more time looking through the front windshield than looking back in your rear view mirror.
This also reminds me of Philippians 1:6 which says,
"And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."
I love that God would say he is continuing his work in you.
That means God is not done with you yet.
As long as you are still breathing, you are still here for a reason.

This reminds me of the Scripture Ephesians 2:10 which says,
"For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago."
On this amazing Monday if you can carry three things into your week I would say:
1) Don't spend a lot of time looking in your rearview mirror.
2) God is still working on you, don't give up.
3) You are God's masterpiece and he still has some work for you to do on this planet earth.
