Regular exercise…a magic potion?

Happy MONDAY! TGIM! QUOTE OF THE DAY: “When it comes to health and well-being, regular exercise is about as close to a magic potion as you can get.” ~ Tich Nhat Hanh THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: I don’t always feel like exercising. I don’t always feel motivated to exercise. But usually, after I do exercise I feel better. The exercising I am doing these days includes two days of Camp Gladiator a week along with about 4 or 5 times riding my bike. Camp Gladiator’s Birthday is being celebrated this week on September 1st and for $9 you can join and get 4 weeks of virtual classes and in-person classes. I like Camp Gladiator because it helps me move my body in different ways than traditional running or biking does. We move sideways. We lift dumbbell weights. We strengthen our legs, arms, and core. And not only that but a certified personal trainer is out there with you cheering you on and correcting your form. The quote today says it’s like a magic potion that helps you feel better. Here are some other things you can do to feel healthy that I saw recently from Jack Canfield. In short, they are: practice meditation, listen to calming music or sounds, exercise, laugh, and use essential oils. AFFIRMATIONS OF THE DAY: 1) Today I will exercise my body and experience the full benefits that it offers. 2) Today is a great day to be alive. 3) Exercise is fun.
