Coach Matt wants you to have an awesome Monday!
Here are a couple of things I recommend:
1) Never miss a Monday workout! Once you have decided to never miss a Monday workout it does a couple of things. It helps you kick start off the week right. It gives you momentum to keep going with your workouts and movement thru out the week.
Today you will dominate your Monday workout and thus: (Here is an excerpt from https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/always-dominate-monday/)
You dominated your Monday workout, setting the tone for workout domination for the whole week. “This week I am going to hit new records with my workouts. I already kicked butt on Monday, let’s keep it up!”
You dominated your Monday with healthy food choices and meals, setting the tone for continued healthy eating all week. Your brain permanently stays in “I’m making healthy choices this week” mode.
You popped right out of bed on Monday without snoozing, so snoozing becomes less of an issue with each passing day. It’s not a question of willpower, it’s just “what you do.”
You were incredibly productive on Monday, which makes the rest of your week much less stressful.
So stop sucking and start dominating.
2) Never go 3 days without exercise and workout at least 3 days a week
3) Also drink a lot of water. I recommend drinking half your body weight in ounces of water. So for example if you weigh 150 pounds – drink 75 ounces of water each day.
