THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Let’s face it, I am not always motivated to workout, to write this blog, or to do what I need to do with my life. But somewhere along the way, I developed some discipline.
I am disciplined in my workouts in that I go to workout even if I don’t totally feel like it. I usually end up feeling better even if the workout was super hard. It helps me feel accomplished for the day.
I am disciplined enough to send you this blog every Monday. I thank God for this brand new day and this brand new Monday. I thank you for this opportunity to share this with you today.
One of my friends says, “Tough times don’t last, tough people do.”
I hope on this beautiful Monday you have some good habits in place to get you through the day. I hope this Monday you have some good habits in place that will help you feel good about yourself and your life.
