Happy MONDAY! TGIM! MONDAY'S QUOTE OF THE DAY: A one-hour workout is 4% of your day! MONDAY'S THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Last time I checked, everyone gets the same 24 hours in a day. 1 divided by 24 = .041666. Therefore, a one-hour workout is about 4% of your day. We all know that exercise can help us live longer. I recently heard that exercising is like taking a bit of Prozac - to lighten mood - and a bit of Ritalin - to heighten attention. Exercise helps you sleep better, gives you confidence, and can help you control your weight. I also heard recently that exercising can give you a 12-hour positive mood boost. That's pretty cool, right? I like to exercise early in the morning so I can reap the benefits of that 12-hour mood boost.
Exercise is like the most magical pill ever made. It gives you endorphins! How about you?
