THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: I hope that in 2019 you can find some hope. I hope that in 2019 you can find community. I hope that in 2019 you can make new friends and strengthen your own support network. In 2019 I hope that you can find love and that you can love yourself. Because in the end, it’s all about love.

I just want to take a minute to say I sincerely thank you for your love and support for Matt’s Motivational Monday in 2018. It was a new thing I tried out of the abundance of my heart and out of something I thought I was supposed to do. I hope you found it helpful in your lives in some small way.
