A walk in nature…

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: On Saturday, my friends and I and our children went on a 2 hour hike. Oh my gosh, that was so good for my soul. The trail was a pretty cool trail that I had not been to before. It has some nice views but there is something about being surrounded by trees and just walking in the nature that was healing and grounding. The distance we traveled was not that important although we did go about 3.5 miles. It was a great low-impact exercise. I got to talk to my friends and the kids loved it as well. They joyfully ran ahead most of the entire hike. They wanted to be the leaders. How was your weekend? Did you do anything that was good for your soul? Reply back and share it with me.
